We have known Michael for many years and did not hesitate to contact him when we were considering downsizing. When you have lived in a home for 32 years, as we had, we knew we needed fresh eyes to tell us how our property looked compared to those on the market. So, about a year ago, we had Michael over for a walkthrough of our home.
